Women’s Golf Competes at the 2025 Warrior Invitational

The Purdue Northwest Pride women's golf team competed this past weekend at the Warrior Invitational, hosted by Wayne State University at Orchards Golf Club in Washington, Michigan. The three-round tournament featured a deep field of programs from across the Midwest, where the Pride would finish in 13th place shooting 1033 (340- 353 -340).

  • Chia-Hsuan Lee – Led the Pride with a 253 total (82-89-82), finishing tied for 51st.
  • Brynlee DeBoard (Demotte, Ind./Kankakee Valley)– Posted rounds of 92-84-81 for a 257 total, tying for 57th.
  • Wen-Yi Hung – Carded 83-89-85 for a 257 total, also tying for 57th.
  • Catherine Swiercz (Crown Point, Ind./Lowell Senior) – Recorded an 86-94-92 for a 272 total, tying for 72nd.
  • Elle Mowry (Dyer, Ind./Hanover Central) – Matched Swiercz with a 272 (89-91-92) to also tie for 72nd.

Purdue Northwest will continue its fall schedule as they compete at the  Lady Bulldog Fall Invitational in Big Rapids, MI at Katke Golf Course on September 27th.
