Purdue Northwest Athletics celebrated another outstanding year during the 2024–25 athletic season, with teams bringing home championships, setting multiple records, and student-athletes achieving historic milestones both on the field and in the classroom. Student-athletes were also recognized for their excellence in academics and contributions to the community. Let's go inside the numbers:
1st STUNT Season - The PNW STUNT team celebrated their first ever season and finished ranked 15th in the national rankings.
1st NCAA Tournament - The PNW Men's Tennis team earned their way into the 2025 NCAA Tournament Regionals for the first time in program history.
2 Track & Field Champions - 2025 GLIAC Indoor Championship, Jayden Tarohocker won the heptathlon and Myles Sisco took home the title in the 60 meter dash.
2 All-Americans - Alex Van Lumich (Men's Tennis), CSC Academic All-American and Cooper Olson (Ice Hockey), ACHA DI Hockey All-American.
3 Hockey Players Represent Team USA - Andrew Remer, Cooper Olson, and Carter Hobbs were honored with representing Team USA at the 2025 World University in Italty.
3 Esports Championships - League of Legends, GLIAC Champions and MEC Regular Season Champions and Unified Rocket League Champions.
8 - Men's Soccer was ranked as high as #8 in the national rankings. Highest ranking in program history and first PNW team since entering NCAA DII to be nationally ranked.
