The Purdue Northwest women's golf team competed in the 2025 Klash in Kentucky on Saturday and Sunday in Perry Park, Kentucky. Hosted by Joliet JC at Perry Park Golf Resort, the Pride finished 4th out of 10 teams. Halie Wolf (Lafayette, Ind./) led the team with the highest individual finish, securing 2nd place overall.

The Basics

• The tournament was held at Perry Park Golf Resort in Perry Park, Kentucky.
• Joliet JC served as the host.
• Pikeville claimed the team title with a total score of 627 (318-309).

The Players

• Halie Wolf (Lafayette, Ind./) finished in 2nd place, posting a total score of +11 with rounds of 79 (+7) and 76 (+4).
• Chia-Hsuan Lee secured 6th place with a total score of +14, recording rounds of 79 (+7) and 79 (+7).
• Wen-Yi Hung placed 20th, finishing at +22 with rounds of 86 (+14) and 80 (+8).
• Kaitlyn Valiska (New Lenox, Ill./) came in 22nd with a total of +23, scoring 85 (+13) and 82 (+10).
• Catherine Swiercz (Crown Point, Ind.) finished 26th with a score of +26, recording rounds of 89 (+17) and 81 (+9).
• Valentina Gozo (Crown Point, Ind./) rounded out the team, placing 42nd with a total score of +39, posting rounds of 93 (+21) and 90 (+18).
