Men's Cross Country Compete in 2024 Midwest Classic

The men's cross-country team traveled to Olivet Nazarene University this Friday to compete in the 2024 Midwest Classic for their second meet of the season. The Prides top finisher would be Quinton Bock (Crown Point, Ind./Crown Point HS) who secured a 32nd place finish in the race.

The Basics:
•    Second meet of the season
•    Held in Bourbonnais, Illinois
•    Hosted by Olivet Nazarene University

The Breakdown:
•    Senior Quinton Bock (Crown Point, Ind./Crown Point HS) finished in 32nd place with a time of 28:27.10.  
•    Junior Jackson Bakker (Lowell, Ind./Lowell) took 40th place with a time of 28:56.50.  
•    Sophomore Josh Tuck finished in 41st place with a time of 28:56.80.  
•    Sophomore James Snow (Lowell, Ind./Lowell) ended in 54th place with a time of 29:32.50.  
•    Junior Matt Clark (Morris, Ill.) placed 56th with a time of 29:43.90.  
•    Freshman Julio Herrera (Dyer, Ind./Lake Central) finished in 61st place with a time of 29:58.20.  
•    Junior Brandan Bagnara (Oak Forest, Ill./Oak Forest) ended the race in 81st place with a time of 31:07.80.  
•    Freshman Carson Bell (Hobart, Ind./Hobart) finished in 89th place with a time of 31:26.40.  
•    Freshman Conor Gross (Du Quoin, Ill./Du Quoin) ended in 93rd place with a time of 32:04.00.  
•    Sophomore Max Nauman (Skokie, Ill./Niles West) took 94th place with a time of 32:17.10.  
•    Sophomore Exavier King (Merrillville, Ind./Merrillville) placed 124th with a time of 38:43.40.

Up Next:
The men's cross-country team will be back in action Saturday, September 28 in Kenosha, Wisconsin for the Lucian Rosa Invite hosted by Parkside University.
