Last Friday and Sturday, the Purdue Northwest women's golf team competed in the 2024 2024 Spring Flyer Invitational in Wheaton, Illinois. The invite was hosted Lewis University and was held at Cantigny Golf Course. The Pride would shoot a combined score of 696 (351-345) and take seventh place out of seven teams.,

The Players

• Halie Wolf (Lafayette, Ind./) tied for 15th place with a score of 170 (88 -82).
• Kaitlyn Valiska (New Lenox, Ill./) tied for 28th place with a combined score of 175 (90-85).
• Valentina Gozo (Crown Point, Ind./) would also tie for 28th place with a total score of 175 (87-88).
• Miriah Gabel (Pickerington, Ohio/Pickerington High School Central) finished in 34th place, recording a score of 178 (86-92).
• Catherine Brzycki (Griffith, Ind./) took 39^th place with a final score of 187 (97-90)

The golf team is set to resume competition on Monday, April 8th, in Grove City, Ohio participating in the 2024 NC4K Classic. Tee off is slated for 9:00 AM.
