Men's golf takes 16th place at SVSU Spring Intercollegiate Invitational

This Saturday, the Purdue Northwest men's golf team headed to Lexington, Kentucky to compete in the 2024 SVSU Spring Intercollegiate Invitational. At the event the Pride would tie for 16th place out of 21 total teams shooting a combine school of 602 (297-305).

The Basics
•    The event took place in Lexington, Kentucky at Kearney Hill Links
•    The event was hosted by Saginaw Valley State University.
•    UINDY emerged as the victors of the Invitational, posting a combined 564 (276-288).    

The Players
•    Finn Kiger (Crown Point, Ind./Crown Point High School) tied for 23rd place with a total score of 146, shooting rounds of 72 and 74.
•    Brody Pass (Lino Lakes, Minn./Centennial) tied for 65th place with a total score of 152, shooting rounds of 76 and 76.
•    Brady Serafin (Beecher, Ill./) tied for 75th place with a combined score of 153, shooting rounds of 74 and 79.
•    Andrew Remer tied of 101st place with a combined score of 157, shooting rounds of 81 and 76.
•    Jack Glaspy (Pewaukee, Wis./Pewaukee) finished tied for 108th place, shooting rounds of 75 and 84 for a total score of 159.

Up Next
The golf team is set to resume competition on Thursday, March 28th, in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, participating in the Windy City Classic at Bridges at Poplar Creek Country Club. Tee off is slated for 9:00 AM.
