The men's cross-country traveled to Lewis University this Friday to compete in the Flyer/Flames Challenge to start their season. The men's team would take
sixth place out of eight teams.

	- Senior Carter Leak (North Vernon, Ind./Jennings County HS) finished in 28th place with a time of 20:12.9
- Junior Quinton Bock (Crown Point, Ind./Crown Point HS) finished in 39th place with a time of 20:43.7
- Freshman Josh Tuck took 47th place with a time of 20:50.0
- Sophomore Jackson Bakker (Lowell, Ind./Lowell HS) placed 51st with a time of 21:07.6
- Freshman James Snow (Lowell, Ind./Lowell) ended the race in 55th place with a time of 21:14.5
- Sophomore Brandan Bagnara (Oak Forest, Ill./Oak Forest HS) finished in 59th place with a time of 21:33.9
- Sophomore Rafael Maier (Portage, Ind./Portage) finished in 61st place with a time of 21:43.4
- Sophomore Brendan Wiegand (Romeo, Mich./Romeo HS) took 72nd place with a time of            22:22.0
- Freshman Max Nauman (Skokie, Ill./Niles West) ended the race in 78th place with a time of 23:29.6
- Senior Adam Glaub (Metamora, Ill./Metamora Township HS) ended in 80th place with a time of 24:01.2
- Freshman Exavier King (Merrillville, Ind./Merrillville) took 83rd place with a time of 26:05.2
