Box Score HAMMOND, Ind. — The Purdue University Northwest D2 men's ice hockey team fell 10-6 to Marquette in the second meeting of the weekend series at The Kube.
PNW was forced to try and dig itself out of an early hole after the Golden Eagles went up 5-1 in the first period. The Pride cut the deficit to three with a
Craig Herman goal near the end of the first to make it 5-2. However, Marquette tacked on four more and blanked PNW in the second period to build a 9-2 cushion going into the final stanza.
