Box Score HAMMOND, Ind. -- An early November matchup between the PNW Men's Soccer team and the Northwood University Timberwolves resulted in a 0-1 defeat for the Pride on Sunday afternoon. The black and gold outshot the Timberwolves 11-10 during two periods of play, but could not find the back of the net.
 
Early in the first half, Northwood scored their first and only goal of the game (13:13). Purdue Northwest showed a surge of intensity in an effort to answer back, but they were unable to capitalize on their scoring opportunities throughout the game. Freshman Alex Oehrlein (Vernon Hills, Ill./Vernon Hills) and senior Jaime Garcia (Elkhart, Ind./ Elkhart Memorial) both recorded 3 shots on the game, making up more than half of the team's total shots on the day.
 
The Pride finish up the season on Thursday, November 7 against the Upper Iowa Peacocks. The game begins at 1:30 pm (CT) at Dowling Park.
